Full-time and part-time enrollment is determined by the number of days per week your child attends, not the length of each day. The Barn is open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, and families may choose drop-off and pick-up times within that window.
Enrolling your child.
The online application takes about 20 minutes to complete. To make the process smooth and easy, we recommend having the following information ready before you begin:
Emergency contact information
Your child’s doctor’s name and phone number
A copy or photo of your child’s birth certificate (for upload)
Immunization records (CIS form) and/or an exemption form
A $100 registration fee, paid at the time of enrollment
Applying for financial aid.
All information submitted is confidential and is not viewed by employees of The Barn. Your application is sent directly to Blackbaud, who will review the information and make a financial aid recommendation based on their assessment.
